Keith and Melissa came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint! They did an amazing job capturing the perfect moments from our wedding. They were both fun and professional. They had a link up to view our photos soon after the wedding, and followed up with an album and thumb drive. The photos are beautiful. Highly highly recommend Keith and Melissa for your wedding!

All we can say is wow, just wow. Keith & Melissa were truly amazing as photographers and friends throughout our planning of our wedding and our wonderful wedding day. After 18 years together, my husband and I were on vacation at the Biltmore, and we decided to finally get married. Our planners (Cicely & Rebecca at Life Design Events) hooked us up with Keith & Melissa who were so perfect for us. Their aesthetic was perfect for us – instead of some ho-hum engagement or wedding photos, they gave us a collection of photos of our life – life back home in Manhattan (Keith spent an afternoon and evening with us and did a photo shoot of us when he was on a trip to NYC) – and at our welcome reception on the Friday night of our wedding and our big event at the Biltmore on Saturday. As our one year anniversary approaches, we are finally getting off our lazy bums and writing this long-overdue review. We couldn’t have found a more creative, more interesting, and (most importantly) more talented group of professionals. It was icing on the cake that they shared our wanderlust and demonstrated a creativity that was far beyond what we ever could have expected from a photography team. As an additional note, we met them via Skype and had a wonderful intro interview thousands of miles apart. We clicked immediately, and we put our faith in them. They exceeded our high expectations. You truly cannot do better, and I can only imagine that we couldn’t have found such great talent back here in NY. Many thanks for such wonderful memories – and for the spectacular artwork capturing this very wonderful point in our lives.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about Keith and Melissa. From the first meeting they made my husband and I feel comfortable. The two of them compliment one another so nicely and made our engagement session feel like we were just enjoying the company of good friends. At our wedding they handled our loud large families so perfectly. Throughout the ceremony and reception they captured every important moment. We used their photo booth service as well and it was a huge hit with our guests! We cannot wait for the next important event that we can share with them. I would highly recommend Keith & Melissa to anyone who wants beautiful lasting memories of their special day.

I cannot even begin to explain how wonderful Keith and Melissa are. Yes, their photos are beautiful – more on that later – but just as people. We are not picture people: we’re bad at selfies, look uncomfortable in posed pictures and untag a lot of images on social media. Keith and Melissa put us at ease (and, bonus, we look great in every picture). They were talkative when we needed it, quiet when we needed it. They were warm and comforting, in the right place and the right time and expert problem solvers. Our parents and members of the wedding party have all told me how nice they were! It was honestly so nice to have them around on the wedding day. Now, the photos. We wanted a documentary of the day. Not too many posed images, more so that we could look back and remember our wedding day. My word, did they deliver. They captured so many moments that we couldn’t see. But more than that, they captured the emotion of what the day FELT like. That’s all we had hoped for: to be able to really experience the day and have images to remember it by. I can see a picture of me hugging someone and remember how that felt – what more can you ask for? We got back so many images and honestly, I love them all. The mix of color, black and white, spontaneous, posed is all perfection. Keith and Melissa were so easy to work with. Responsive, attentive, timely. Absolute pros.

I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else other than Keith and Melissa to be a part of our wedding and capture the moments of this day via their talent and passion in photography. I chose them primarily because they truly captured moments– not poses– and thus we could relive the “feel” of this day and the JOY in the moments, conversations, toasts, dancing, etc. I received so many compliments from my family and friends in that they were quick (when photographing family shots), experienced, professional, detail-oriented, and friendly. I just can’t say enough and we are so happy with the outcome. Even though my fiancé and I went the traditional route and did not do a “first look,” we had limited lighting to take our bride/groom photos and yet Keith and the team at the Royal Palms made it happen swiftly but pleasantly. Wow! They are very genuine people as well and they have my highest recommendation. (Not to mention the fun and great shots we also had from our engagement shoot!). Thank you Keith & Melissa for the hours you’ve dedicated to our special day! ♥

Keith and Melissa Pitts are truly next level when it comes to wedding photography!! It was such an easy decision when choosing a wedding photographer after meeting them at another wedding and seeing their work. They are hands down, two of the most genuine people and unbelievably talented photographers. When we had a vision of our engagement photos, they made it all possible – including standing in the middle of the road on the first street my now husband and I lived on together, sitting at our favorite bar having drinks, and on site of the location he proposed at. It was such a fun afternoon, which just so happened to end in having a drink with them because they were too fun to leave! On the day of the wedding, they arrived with those heartfelt smiles on their faces and managed to make every person who crossed their path feel comfortable (which isn’t always easy when it comes to taking photos of people). They listened to all our silly requests and laughed the day away with us. In addition, they had their own creative vision which ended up being incredible. There is no question when it comes to wedding photography – these two are the real deal and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. They are too great for words.
